Pete Petersen

Prior to joining Jensen Consulting in 2006, Pete Petersen spent more than 20 years in a variety of senior leadership positions with Land O’Lakes, a $7 billion food and agricultural supply company.

Through his extensive business experience, Pete has a strong track record of success in strategic planning, organizational and leadership development, business growth, business performance improvement and board governance.  Like many executives, he recognizes and appreciates the need for high performing teams and he will work with you to create a clear and compelling strategy to move your leadership team towards this goal.  He’ll also work with you to create and implement effective strategies that will continue to move your company in the direction you want.

Pete has served on several boards of directors, including a number associated with Land O’Lakes.  He received his degree in economics from Iowa State University, and has completed multiple executive education programs at Harvard.
