Dorothy Ramsey brings large company experience to Jensen Consulting along with a passion for serving mid-sized companies.

With a comprehensive compensation design background, Dorothy’s experience and knowledge blends well with our work in business strategy; leadership development; acquisition planning and integration; and, board development.  In the past, Dorothy has worked as a consultant with Mercer and the Hay Group, two of the world’s largest and best recognized human resources companies. Plus she has executive level compensation experience with both public and private companies.

A respected speaker, Dorothy has developed and taught numerous workshops on performance management, job descriptions, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act and compensation design. She has also received two significant professional designations – Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Six Sigma Green Belt. 

Bringing more than 20 years of relevant compensation and human resources experience to the table, Dorothy is an outstanding and well respected front-line resource for compensation strategy including base pay, performance management, incentive/variable pay, administration and communication.
