A colleague/family member might be labeled “anal” and seen as a “controlling.” Another colleague might be labeled “lazy” and seen as failing to plan. Personality inventories provide neutral language to describe differences, demonstrate areas of commonality and emphasize the strategic benefits of differences. Gather and organize information efficiently. Personality assessments take 30 - 60 minutes to complete and provide helpful information about family members that gives people a short-hand to refer to differences. The information is organized in such a manner that all family members can see connections to day-to-day interactions.
Assist in problem-solving. Personality assessments give families in business a starting point to identify communication strategies and provide concrete suggestions about how to communicate across different styles.
Get people in the right seat on the bus. Leadership assessments can help you assess the skills and traits of possible leaders and identify the highest and best use of people’s strengths.
Most professionals acknowledge that people have different personalities and communication styles and they will respond differently in certain situations.
